ABOUT
Since 2011, we’ve kept small-business websites online. Since then, we’ve learned to prove what their marketing does.
Designer.Hosting is a North Charleston company. We host WordPress sites, wire up tracking, answer after-hours calls with AI, and explain the numbers in plain English every Monday.
SINCE
2011
Hosting WordPress for small businesses. Clients stay with us 9+ yrs on average.
Hosting first. Then the question every client asked.
We started as a hosting company: keeping sites updated, patched, backed up, and online, so the owners could run their businesses. Fifteen years later, that is still the foundation.
The question clients kept asking was not about hosting. It was “is my advertising working?” Nobody could answer it with a straight face — not the ad platform, not the agency, not the analytics dashboard. So we built the tracking to answer it, and the weekly report to explain it.
Then the report kept showing the same row: calls ringing out after hours. So we added the AI voice agent. Everything we sell exists because a client’s report showed a problem we could fix.
WHAT WE DO
Four things.
- Managed WordPress hosting — updates, patching, backups, monitoring
- Tracking — every call and form tied to its source, explained every Monday
- AI voice agents — after-hours calls answered and booked, 24/7, up to 5 at once
- Automation and custom builds — CRM wiring, reports, integrations
WHAT WE NEVER WILL
Three things.
- Run your ads
- Do your SEO
- Design your website
If you ask us for any of these, we point you back to whoever does your marketing. That is what keeps our numbers honest.
We don’t run ads. We don’t do SEO. We don’t design websites. We never will — so our numbers have no thumb on the scale.
Great marketers love us. Bad marketers hate us.
