SITUATION
Domain renewals were billed by the registrar on a schedule, whether or not the client had paid their invoice.
WHAT WE BUILT
A small service that sits between the billing platform and the registrar. A renewal fires only after the client’s payment clears; a daily sweep watches every expiry date and raises an alert when something is close and unpaid.
WHAT CHANGED
Every renewal is tied to a paid invoice. Unpaid means an alert, never a surprise charge.
